Crime Victim / Witness Coordinators
The Crime Victim / Witness Coordinators in the County Attorney’s Office are responsible for informing and assisting victims and witnesses throughout the court process. They notify crime victims and witnesses of court hearings, answer their questions regarding the court process, and assist in the gathering of restitution and other important information for the court’s review. The Crime Victim / Witness Coordinators are Bill Monahan and Monica Eskew-Weber. Bill is primarily responsible for assisting victims involving crimes against property and non-domestic violence crimes. Monica Eskew is primarily responsible for assisting victims of crimes involving family violence or sexual assaults.

Office for Victims of Crime
In 2014, U.S. residents age 12 or older experienced an estimated 5.4 million violent victimizations and 15.3 property victimizations, according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics' National Crime Victimization Survey. While there was no significant change in the overall rate of violent crime from 2013 to 2014, the rate of violent crime in 2014 was lower than the rate in 2012. Victim Services Office of Jackson, Wyoming Police Department
The victim services office is a branch of Jackson, Wyoming Police Department that offers a wide range of assistance to people who are victims of a reported crime. We seek to empower the victim and help alleviate the damage caused when a crime is committed against them through the resources and services available when the victim is cooperative with law enforcement. Emergency Assistance:They meet a victim’s immediate needs by providing food, clothing, and shelter.

Wyoming Attorney General's Office
The mission of the Wyoming Division of Victim Services (DVS) is to cultivate social change and access to victim services through the provision of resources, education, and program support and development. DVS provides awareness, education, and technical support to programs serving victims of crime and to the general public. DVS supports legislative, judicial, and social reforms beneficial to crime victims. Victims and their families must deal with the emotional, physical, and financial aftermath of crime. The compensation program helps innocent victims and their families when they have no other means of paying for the financial cost of crime. The compensation program is funded by the Division of Victim Services. The money in the fun Crime Victims Compensation Fund comes from people who break the law.
